We are unable to accommodate these requests in the short period of time remaining before the originally scheduled auction close date. COMPLETION OF THIS FORM IS A REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THIS AUCTION A BIDDING NUMBER WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE THIS FORM IS COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED AUCTION DATE: JUNE 29, 2019 This is a closed tender, on-line auction, with bids accepted from 9:00AM Monday, June 17, 2019 until 5:00PM Saturday, June 29, 2019 THE “GOODS” TO BE AUCTIONED: All the equipment, weights and exercise machines currently located at 10700 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, Ontario, more specifically identified as the Goods in the listing on-line. NATURE OF AUCTION: This is a single package, one lot, bulk sale of the goods to be auctioned. It is an on-line auction with viewings to be arranged by appointment. The Goods to be auctioned will only be sold individually and piecemeal if no satisfactory bid is received by the Auction Date for the single lot. RESERVE BID: This is a confirmation auction, meaning that the Seller has an undisclosed minimum amount expected to be received for the single lot, bulk sale of the Goods, failing which the Goods will be sold individually and piecemeal. VIEWING: The Goods can be viewed virtually on-line or, alternatively, physically, by appointment, on a date and time to be arranged, between June 17, 2019 and June 28, 2019 PAYMENT: Payment must be received no later than 2:00PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. I understand that the auctioneer is under a duty to advance the bid up to at least the amount of the Reserve Bid, but not in excess of that.
